Going live

How a mill goes live

  1. Set up your organisation, and clean and import farmers, villages, plots, vehicles and accounts.
  2. Connect your weighbridges, bank file format, WhatsApp, SMS, e-Invoice and e-Way bill accounts.
  3. Enter notified cane rates and load opening balances.
  4. Run a parallel fortnight during a low-volume period where possible.
  5. Train each role on the actual screens.
  6. Run the gate with a paper fallback ready for the first week.
