Rules

Controls in every workflow

  • Weights cannot be typed

    A reading is accepted once it holds stable. Manual entry needs permission, a reason and approval.

  • Posted records are never edited

    Corrections go through a linked reversal, and both versions stay visible.

  • Maker and approver are always different people

    This covers weighment corrections, payment runs and price schemes.

  • Payment runs can be proven

    Each run keeps a snapshot of its inputs, including the rule valid on the transaction date.

  • Slip numbers are gapless

    Number series run per plant, season and document type.

  • Every change is on record

    The audit log shows who, when, what, before and after.
